My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location is superb, just a short ferry ride from the hustle of Hong Kong and right by the beach, the service left much to be desired. I found the room to be tired and uninviting, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. The dining area was lacking in charm, resembling more of an office canteen than a welcoming restaurant. Overall, it had good value for money, but I would hesitate to stay again based on the issues I encountered.
The hotel offers a beautiful beach location and clean, spacious rooms. I appreciated the modern aesthetics and the convenience of being close to the ferry and bus stations. However, the service left much to be desired, with some staff seeming rude at times. Additionally, the restaurant’s atmosphere was quite drab, not matching the overall resort vibe.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the staff at the restaurant and bar have improved and were friendly, the overall service still needs work. The location is fantastic, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially the breakfast. The facilities, particularly the pool, were unfortunately unavailable during my visit, which was very disappointing.
During my two-night stay, I enjoyed a peaceful retreat from the busy city life, with a wonderful sea view from my clean room. While the hotel offered a nicely located swimming pool and some good dining options, I found the breakfast lacked variety and the reception staff could be more welcoming. All in all, it was a good experience for a short getaway.
The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, which could be its saving grace, but my experience was marred by poor service and unkempt facilities. The rooms, while adequate, are outdated and in need of refurbishment. Dining was a frustrating affair, with slow service and subpar food quality. Overall, I left with a bitter taste due to management's lack of communication and care.
